The backyard is fully fenced; however, there is no separate pool fence. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool access doors and windows are equipped with required safety alarms. Je recommanderais certainement cet endroit ! Il est très bien situé, tout près de la vieille ville et de la vie nocturne. La maison était magnifique, impeccable et a dépassé nos attentes. Charles était également très réactif. 10/10 I’d definitely recommend this place! It’s in a great location, very close to Old Town and the nightlife scene. The home was beautiful, spotless, and exceeded our expectations. Charles was also very responsive. 10/10

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend the stay.

Je ne pourrais pas recommander cet endroit davantage ! Mes cinq amies et moi sommes venues pour mon enterrement de vie de jeune fille et c'était parfait ! La maison était super propre ! Espace idéal pour se détendre au bord de la piscine et proche du centre-ville ainsi que d'autres attractions. Charles a été un hôte formidable. Il a répondu immédiatement et était disponible si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. Tout était bien étiqueté et il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'endroit parfait pour un voyage entre filles. Could not recommend this place enough! My five friends and myself came for my bachelorette and it was perfect! House was super clean! Perfect space to relax by the pool and close to downtown and other attractions. Charles was a wonderful host. He answered right away and was available if we needed anything. Everything was well labeled and had everything we needed. Made the perfect place for a girls trip

Charles was a terrific host. He was very responsive , helpful as well as just a kind person. We were there for my daughter’s bachelorette party. There was 6 of us, with plenty of room, comfortable beds and a homey, and a safe feeling. The house was stunning, very clean, pool was great and maybe a 10 minute urber from downtown. I highly recommend using his airbnb. I can’t wait to return one day!!

Quelle maison merveilleuse. Nous sommes venus à Scottsdale pour assister à l'entraînement de printemps. Nous avons demandé à Charles de ne pas chauffer la piscine et elle était très rafraîchissante après avoir passé la journée au soleil par 32°C en février. It’s about 10 minutes north of old Scottsdale and about 10 minutes south of the resorts. A great location. Quiet neighborhood. We asked Charles not to heat the pool and it was very refreshing after sitting in the sun in a 90° day in February. Lots of fun things at the house. Outdoor chess set, putting green. Inside, games and tabletop shuffleboard. The rooms are quiet. Nice clean bathrooms. Loved the house. Charles was very receptive and an amazing host. Thank you.
